Q: What if we have fewer than 4 guests?
A: Minimum is 4. For smaller groups we can discuss custom quotes for a private transfer.
Q: Can we split the bill at restaurants?
A: Many restaurants cannot split bills. We recommend either pre-paying or settling individually with the venue. If you want us to include meals in the tour price we can arrange this — please note the total cost upfront.
Q: What if we want to bring our own bookings?
A: If you’ve booked venues yourself, we can still provide pickups, drop-offs and transport between venues without tour status — select “Transport-only” in the builder.
Q: When do we get photos
A: Photos are uploaded within 48–72 hours to a private gallery and a link/key is emailed to the group.
Q: Do you pick up at private addresses or only set locations?
A: We offer pickups from most addresses and hotels in Hunter Valley, Newcastle and Port Stephens — we’ll confirm the best pickup point during booking.
